    a total-body workout that brings together the slow and controlled elements of pilates mixed in with cardio and strength training. performed on our exclusive reformer equipment. this high intensity and low-impact workout is designed to lengthen and tone your muscles while placing a strong focus on building core strength. through slow, controlled movements, this method strengthens your body, lengthens your muscles and improves endurance—all to upbeat and energizing music.

  • cardio reformer

    our uniquely designed low-impact cardio workout, utilizing plyometric training without gravity. this class is designed for those who crave fun, fast-paced cardio option to complement their strength training. this rhythm-based class set to upbeat music will focus on lower body and core control. learn to JOG with us on the reformer and take your workout to the next level!

  • advanced platform reformer

    during this reformer-based workout you will focus on complete muscle fatigue with slow controlled movement that will engage every muscle in your body. the workout offers fewer breaks with short transitions. most of the class is competed in standing lunges or planks moving slowly against the reformer resistance. music is upbeat and louder than regular reformer classes. get ready to shake and burn. this class is not recommended for those will balance issues or for those with severe modification needs.

  • stretch reformer

    re-center and restore in this stretch class, incorporating 'feel good' movements and relaxed breathing. class involves light movement on the reformer with deep stretches for hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back.

  • barre

    our barre class is a unique combination of intense sculpting barre exercises & interval training designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength and rev up your metabolism. the bootybarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast.

  • bounce cardio

    a heart-pounding total body cardio class on our world-class bungee rebounders [trampolines]. in this class you'll rock out with nonstop cardio moves that include arms, abs and legs. be prepared to sweat and MOVE as you pump your legs quickly to the beat of the music.
