If it is your first time at Core Concept please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time to check-in with our staff to get a review of the machine. If you are new and arrive late, you will need to reschedule due to safety reasons.
If you have been to a class before and arrive 5 minutes after your class start, your spot may be given away to a walk-in client. If you arrive later than 10 minute, you will not be able to take the class for safety reasons. Late and no show fees still apply, since this results in an unused spot.
-
Because we have limited spots in class, reservations must be made at least 30 minutes prior to class start.
Reserve your spot in class online or with the Core Concept 2.0 app or the MINDBODY app.
-
Late Cancels – all classes require a 2-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel a class within the 2-hour window, that is considered a late cancel and you will be charged a fee of $20.
No Shows – If you fail to show up for a class you are signed up for, you will receive a $20 fee. There are no exceptions to this rule.
-
All sales are final: classes are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund. if you need to cancel less than 2 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit or incur a late cancel charge.

Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of purchase. All merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, and unworn with the original tags attached. All garments are subject to inspection. Refunds will only be issued in the form of account credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, if the merchandise does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 5 day period, etc.)
-

Registering for the waitlist is just like registering for a class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the list before you get into the class.
You may be automatically added into class up to 2-hours before class start time. In the event this happens, you will be notified via email. You can cancel anytime BEFORE getting into class OR 2 hours in advance to avoid penalty fees.
If you do not plan to monitor your email notifications for an alert, do not put yourself on the waitlist. If you have made other arrangements, remember to remove yourself from the waitlist so you are not let into the class and then do not show - ESPECIALLY for early morning classes as you may be let into class sometime in the night.
-
To avoid a late cancellation charge or no-show charge, your reservation must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to class start time.
To cancel a reservation, log into your account on our Core Concept 2.0 app, click the bookings tab, click on the class, then click cancel and confirm cancellation. You will receive an email right away confirming the cancellation. Please do not call, text, or social media message the studio to cancel your class reservation.
